Founded by Begum Naseem Aurangzeb in 1968, Since that, Maskan institute is the home of orphans and needy girls of the Swat. With an emphasis on Family Togetherness, Maskan institute is striving to reunite children with their siblings when possible.
Boarding & Lodging
Maskan institute provides on-campus lodging to the orphan girls of Swat valley with state of the art bedrooms, mess, study rooms, living room and play area. Protection and security of the boarders are the main focuses. Boarders live in a home like environment.
Education
Carrying the mission of the royal family of Swat, whose utmost priority was to educate the people of Swat valley, the administration of Maskan institute is providing contemporary, religious and vocational education to the needy boarders and day scholars.
Women empowerment
Every orphan and the needy girl at Maskan Institute is raised, nourished ad educated so that she could earn a dignified life for herself after she graduates from Maskan institute. The graduates and alumni of Maskan isntitute are role models for other orphans.
